Well, most of all, I think that you should apologize to your friend & say that it’s true, that you kissed him. But, do you regret kissing him or denying it to your friend? If you regret kissing him, I really don’t know what to tell you, you already kissed him, you should move on. But if it’s because of your friend, as I told you already, apologize. :)
